We do epoxy and concrete coating! We specialize in garages, patios, pool decks, and we do industrial work.
I started Grace and Grit Coatings two years ago here in West Michigan. We coat concrete. Garage floors, basements, patios, pool decks, driveways, and commercial floors. Most of what we do is garage floors for homeowners around Grand Rapids and Muskegon.
We grind the concrete down before anything goes on it. That is the step most people skip, and it is the difference between a floor that lasts and one that starts peeling in two years. My guys are on site two days for a typical garage, and we leave the space cleaner than we found it.
Every floor we install carries a 15 year warranty backed by an insurance policy. That means the coverage does not depend on us still being around in ten years. We show up when we say we will, and you can get a hold of us when you need to.
We are a faith based company. We treat people's homes the way we would want somebody treating ours.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How long does a garage floor take?
Most garage floors are a two day install. We handle the prep, the coating, and the cleanup, and we leave the space cleaner than we found it.
What does a coated floor cost?
A standard two car garage starts around $3,500, or about $7 a square foot on concrete that is in good shape. The size of the space and the condition of the slab set the final number.
My concrete is cracked and stained. Can you still coat it?
Usually, yes. We repair, level, and resurface concrete as part of the prep, and if a slab is too far gone we will tell you straight instead of coating over it.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Every install comes with a 15 year warranty that is backed by an insurance policy. The coverage stands on its own, so you are not left hanging years down the road.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We work with several lenders, and most homeowners with a credit score of 580 or higher get approved.
What areas do you cover?
